2) General Purpose of Processing 

We use personal data for the purpose of operating the website and for anonymized statistical analysis of visitor numbers.

3.1 Hosting 

Our website is hosted on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany.
Hetzner provides infrastructure, storage, database, and security services for us.  A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Hetzner Online GmbH.

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and reliable operation of our website).

3.2 Access Data

We collect server log files (e.g. IP address, date/time, browser type, visited pages) to ensure technical security and optimize the website.
Storage is temporary and anonymized.

3.3 Cookies 

We only use technically necessary cookies (e.g. session cookies), which are automatically deleted when you close your browser.
These cookies are essential for website functionality (e.g. form submission).

No analysis for advertising purposes or creation of user profiles takes place. As only technically necessary cookies are used, consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR is not required.

3.4 Data for Contract Fulfillment 

When you contact us or place an order, we process your data (name, email, address) to fulfill the contract in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The data will be deleted after expiry of the statutory retention periods.

3.5 Email Contact 

If you contact us by email, we store the information you provide in order to process your inquiry.
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.

3.6 Contact Form

If you contact us via the contact form on our website, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, telephone number, message) solely for the purpose of handling your request.

Processing is carried out pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract performance or pre-contractual measures). Your data will not be passed on to third parties and will be deleted after your inquiry has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Personal data will only be stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations exist.
After the respective purpose ceases to apply or the legal retention period expires, the data will be routinely deleted or blocked.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 15–21 GDPR). 

6) Data Security

We take technical and organizational measures in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR to protect your data.
Data transmission is encrypted using the modern TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol.

7) Disclosure of Data 

Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent unless required by law or contract.
No transfer of data to non-EU countries takes place.

8) External Links 

Our website contains links to external third-party websites (e.g. registrars, registries, domain marketplaces such as Sedo or eBay), over whose content and privacy practices we have no control.
The respective operator is solely responsible for the processing of personal data on these external sites.

9) Affiliate-Links

On some pages, we use so-called affiliate links. If you click on such a link and subsequently purchase a product or use a service, we may receive a commission from the respective provider.

Tracking cookies or similar technologies may be used for this purpose. Providers of such affiliate programs include, among others, Sedo GmbH and the eBay Partner Network. 

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in financing our website through affiliate revenue). The setting of cookies or the collection of other data for affiliate tracking is carried out exclusively by the respective provider.

We ourselves do not process any personal data of users in this context.

10) Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy in the future to reflect changes in legal requirements or technical developments of our website.
